Refund Policy

Return/Exchange Policy:

Once your order has been processed, we cannot offer any form of a REFUND.

This means that all sales of hair and hair products are FINAL, and cannot be returned for any form of payment.

Clients MAY be eligible for an even exchange or store credit on unused, unworn, unwashed, non-styled, hair that is in resale condition (with original packaging, non-tampered with).

We understand that mistakes can be made, which is a rare occurrence. If so, we will make every attempt to correct this issue. Clients must report incorrect items within 5 days after receipt of your shipment.

CocoALaMode TAKES FRAUD VERY SERIOUSLY.

Any attempts of theft using someone else’s credit card or falsifying incorrect/lost orders, will be forwarded to our legal team and prosecuted.

If 1-3 business days has passed and you have not received an email, contact us immediately.

Wigs and custom orders may not be available for immediate shipment.

We will notify you of product delays or back-ordered products and hold your order until all products are available. 

CocoALaMode will give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund, in this scenario only,  if you desire.
